💡 The Challenge:
Many individuals are on the move and need an effective way to organize their thoughts and tasks without the need to type. They require a solution to dictate ideas and commands easily and have them structured for various purposes, such as emails, to-do lists, and more.

✅ The Solution:
Combining your preferred AI tool (here, ChatGPT) with Power Automate allows for capturing information through simple dictation, structuring it into a specific format, and processing it through a flow triggered by an HTTP request. A URL-encoded link is created that you only need to click to transmit the data directly to the flow.

🔧 How It’s Done:

1. Initiate with AI Chat: Utilize the following prompt (as an example) to initiate the chat or as a custom instruction:’Act as an intermediary for encoding and structuring information into a specific format. When provided with details, you will organize the information into three distinct sections: ‘Title’, ‘Type’ (Task, Mail), and ‘Main Text’ (consisting of information and summaries). Once the information is structured accordingly, encode it using URL encoding standards. Subsequently, append the encoded data to the following URL {URL}. Your role is to generate a complete and clickable link that directly incorporates the structured and encoded information, ready for immediate use. If anything is unclear, you will ask me for clarification and i can assist you in structuring the information. Remember to encode any additional parameters you append to the URL in the language the user used during input. The fallback of the language is English.

2. Customize: Adjust the given prompt to fit your needs, including language settings and the specific trigger URL.
3. Dictate Your Thoughts: Use your device’s voice-to-text feature to capture ideas and tasks.
4. Structure Your Information: Your AI tool organizes the spoken data into ‘Title’, ‘Type’ (such as Email, Task), and ‘Main Text’.
5. Generate Your Link: Create a clickable link containing the encoded data. With a simple click, your data is sent directly to the Power Automate flow.

📝 Note:

In this video example, I’ve included the ‘Parse JSON’ action merely as an illustration. Typically, you would add a ‘Condition’ or a ‘Switch’ action following the parsing step. This would allow for more complex decision-making based on the parsed data. Additionally, you could also parse the data either directly in the trigger or in the subsequent steps, depending on your specific workflow requirements.
